Store Policies RETURN POLICY:
Item(s)must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition with all packaging included. Buyer will pay for return shipping. Refunds will be given as money back. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
SHIPPING AND BILLING POLICIES
Stated weights are for shipping purposes only. They DO NOT represent the bikes actual weight.
- Shipping charges are by weight and include a $0.00 handling fee. - All packages usually ship within 3 days from the time they are processed. - A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent when your package has been shipped. - Current shipment status can be checked with UPS at (800) PICK-UPS or at www.ups.com. - Tracking information is available 24 hours after package has shipped. - We will only ship to billing addresses! NO EXCEPTIONS! Orders with non-matching billing addresses will not be processed. - We do NOT ship C.O.D. - We track all IP addresses and report fraudulent activity. Please keep in mind, credit card fraud is a Federal Offense. - Want to figure out shipping costs? Simply add your item to the shopping cart, click on the order button, and let UPS do the math for you. - For sales and shipping questions, please contact sales.
LOCAL PICK-UP/ASSEMBLY POLICY
You are more than welcome to pick up your bike directly from us. Simply order online and select either the Local Pick Up or Local Pick Up Assembled option on the checkout page (Local Pick Up orders are charged a $0.00 handling fee and Local Pick Up Assembled orders are charged a $20.00 fee). Please contact us by email the next business day after you have placed your order so that we can be sure that we have your bike ready for you to pick up. In that email, also include a window of time (AM or PM and date), in which you would like to pick up your bike.
